Jazz-City Roermond

Jazz-City is an 8 ha water-bound location in the city centre of Roermond. The project includes 300 houses, a 12,000 m2 retail area, a 2,000 m2 hotel and catering industry area, 2 parking garages and a marina. Kalle en Bakker was involved in the concept stage of this project. The project is currently in development.
